We, the undersigned members of the World Association of International Studies (WAIS), a worldwide, non-partisan organization of experts on International Affairs, deplore and condemn the war unleashed by President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin on the Ukrainian people.  No dispute in today's world can be resolved through such barbaric means, and we urge an immediate stop to the violence.
